Owners Requirements
First of all you require a Certificado de Compatibilidad UrbanÃstica which we can apply for
You then require a Tourist Licence and Fire Equipment to legally rent your property
You will need an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
We recommend you get Public Liability Insurance to cover all circumstances
Spanish bank account (to pay rental income into)
