A lot of people think they can leave their keys with a neighbour and manage it themselves however doing this will invalidate your insurance should you be burgled if they are not a legally registered business. Will they want to be called out at all hours in an emergency and pay for any emergency repairs. We will be your contact in Spain at all times. We also collect money from bookings and rent and ensure a deposit is collected and returned at the end of the booking/rental once the property has been inspected. You will have peace of mind that everything is taken care of this end.
