The apartment is furnished to a high standard with an open plan kitchen dining room. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower and a terrace leading to a fantastic wraparound garden space with new garden furniture and the added luxury of a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a family shower room in the hallway. It has Airconditioning/heating throughout and WIFI is included
There are 3 golf courses within a short drive Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas and the apartment is located close to Villamartin Plaza so there are plenty of bars and restaurants and all amenities in walking distance
There are bus routes taking you to La Zenia Boulevard for shopping and the local beaches nearby
Villamartin Plaza is a 10 minutes to walk there and there are usually taxis outside the Plaza to bring you home.
This is a Spanish style Plaza with many bars and restaurants including Italian, English, German and Indian food and even a fantastic fish & chips . There is an area behind the Plaza for younger children with a games area (trampolines/air hockey) to keep the liitle ones happy
The Plaza also has many bars that show the major sporting events and football matches inc The Ale House, The Hub, The Tavern and many more.
During the summer there is usually live entertainment on a central stage.
If you would rather eat out locally, then is captain Morgans bar with live music
In the immediate vicinity there is a few small supermarkets
10-15 minutes walk away is a large supermarket ‘Mercadona’ and 15-20 minutes walk away is ‘Aldi’ which opens on a Sunday
